Returns & Exchanges

At Usagi Draws, we want you to love your wearable art; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio team inspects your returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
